How do you communicate updates about my loved one’s care?
Families have access to real-time visibility into daily care notes, shift verification and direct access to our 24/7 support staff whenever a question or concern arises.
Can we keep the same caregiver for every shift?
In order to ensure comfort, routine and a deep sense of trust, we match your loved one with a primary caregiver and a secondary caregiver (for emergencies), based on compatibility and services required.
Are your caregivers vetted and insured?
Yes, every member of our care team undergoes comprehensive state and national criminal background checks, license verification, and intensive safety and sensitivity training to align with state guidelines. Hoosiers Home Care is fully licensed and bonded.
How quickly can care services begin?
After a phone consultation and an initial in-home assessment used to create your unique care plan, services can often begin within 24 to 48 hours (depending on your schedule and needs).
