Who We Are & Why We Created Hoosiers Home Care?
Our founder, Ola, spent 23 years working as a hands-on caregiver across almost every healthcare setting imaginable. Throughout her diverse career, she identified a profound passion for caring for people—but she also witnessed systemic gaps that left families vulnerable: high staff turnover, erratic scheduling, and poor communication from agency management.
Determined to fix these flaws, Ola built a strong, dedicated support team. She first founded Oasis Mental Health Consulting LLC to provide specialized care for individuals with intellectual disabilities and developmental delays under the Medicaid Waiver. Recognizing that the broader public faced the exact same care gaps, she established Hoosiers Homecare.
Hoosiers Home Care was born out of a simple, powerful belief that everyone deserves quality care without compromises. We bridge the lapses of traditional homecare by prioritizing employee retention, rigid transparency, and compassionate expertise. We care for everyone—from seniors requiring companionship to individuals of any age needing total physical assistance.
