Ola Burger
Manager
Ola obtained a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Indianapolis in 2020 and a Masters’s in Social Work in 2022. Before that, Ola worked as a direct caregiver for seventeen years in different settings and capacities, providing services for individuals with developmental delays and intellectual disabilities of all ages. Ola has been a school-based behavior therapist since 2020. Among the schools Ola has served are Rise Learning Center and Decatur Middle School.
Diana Smith
Manager
Diana graduated from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana, in 1985. She recently retired after 42 years of practice as a registered respiratory therapist with the Community Health Network. Diana also spent 32 years in the private and public school systems, educating 2nd and 4th graders on the dangers of smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco. Diana started working for Oasis in 2023, serving individuals with special needs. She is excited to be a part of the Hoosiers team.
Dennise Ettinger
Manager
Dennise Ettinger is a professional with a passion for serving others. She has over 20 years of experience providing direct patient care as a CNA, multiple years of experience assisting in office administration, and she owned a successful licensed daycare for six years. Dennise understands the challenges families face in finding quality care because her twin grandsons were born with Cerebral Palsy and she played a significant role in their care. This is her motivation to provide individuals, families and other caregivers with the support they need to live their best lives.
Carl Burger
Carl is a retired partner from a large regional CPA firm. He earned BS and MBA degrees from Indiana University. In retirement, among other things, he taught graduate and undergraduate accounting classes at the University of Indianapolis and acted as volunteer chief accountant for a Bible college.
